2025 Vendor Agreement

The DeSoto Arts Council presents the 2025 Hometown Headliners Music Series.The setting is the Historic Downtown Square of Hernando.The concert series is a tool for our promotions as well as economic development for our community.Attendance is estimated at an average of 500 per evening every Thursday evening from the month of September 2025.

As a food vendor for the 2025 Hometown Headliners, you are agreeing to set up the Thursday’s that you register for in the month of September.In addition, you must be ready to serve food no later than 6:30pm each night.

Food vendor to provide:

·         Health Department safe and serve permits along with liability insurance coverage.

·         Signed agreement by August 15, 2025.

·         $100 payment per Thursday you are participating, up to $400 by August 15, 2023.

When you check out, if you want to participate in all four nights, you will change the quantity from 1 to 4. If you want to participate in three of the nights you will change the quantity to 3 and so on. You should pay $100 for every evening you participate.
